To make baba ghanoush, I follow the Baba Ghanoush recipe at Calorie King.
Notes
- Microwave the eggplant for about 10 minutes in a 1000W microwave oven.
- Use a food processor to blend the eggplant into a paste before adding to the yoghurt.
- Only add 1 Tbsp of tahini.
- Sprinkle some cumin seeds on top of the dip for presentation.
