Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 small lebanese cucumber
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- Dice the cucumber into small cubes.
- Place yoghurt in a bowl.
- Add cucumber and grated or crushed garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add lemon to taste.
Serve with crackers, crudites or bread, or use as a condiment for salad or meat.
