Ingredients
- Approximately 600g lamb steaks trimmed of visible fat
- Approximately 1 cup of tzatziki
Method
- Use a meat mallet to flatten the lamb steaks.
- Cook the lamb under the griller.
- Serve the lamb using the tzatziki as a sauce.
Tip
Don't feel like making the tzatziki? Buy a tzatziki dip or use plain yoghurt.
