Something quick and warm for those late, cold winter's nights.

Ingredients
- 4 x 25g vol au vents
If you do not have vol au vents use a small cob loaf or another type of bread roll, cut off the top and remove some of the bread to make a bowl. - Can of condensed cream of chicken soup, approximately 400g
- Can of creamed corn, approximately 300g
- Diced ham or bacon
- Mixed herbs
- Seasoned pepper
- Garlic powder
Method
- Place the condensed chicken soup, creamed corn and the ham or bacon in a saucepan.
- Stir continually while heating.
- Season with the herbs, pepper, and garlic powder.
To begin, try 1 tsp of mixed herbs, 1 tsp garlic powder, and a couple of pinches of pepper. - Microwave vol au vents for about a minute on high.
- Spoon the soup mix into the vol au vents and serve.
