A favourite for Hubby and me. The curry goes well with steamed rice.

Ingredients
- 1 small onion or leek
- 1 medium-sized apple
- 1 medium-sized banana
- ½ Tbs curry powder
- 240g pork, beef or veal
- 20g dessicated coconut
- 20g sultanas
- 1 Tbs fruit chutney
- 1 Tbs jam
- Water
Method
- Cut the onion, apple and banana into thin slices.
- Cut the meat into thin slices.
- Place the onion, apple, curry powder and 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and cook until the onion is soft.
The water stops the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan. Add more water as required. - Add meat and stir until the meat is browned.
- Add banana, coconut, sultanas, fruit chutney and jam.
- Stir all ingredients until the meat is cooked.
